How much does a marketing agency charge per month?

Marketing agency fees depend on the service, channels and work included. Zendral’s published estimates include $2,000 per month for Google Ads management, $2,000 per month for Meta Ads management and $5,500 per month for Performance Marketing & Brand Growth. Advertising spend is additional. These are Zendral’s fees in USD, not a universal market average.

Separate the agency fee from advertising spend

The agency fee pays for the agreed professional services. Advertising spend pays the platform to distribute ads. Combining them into one unexplained number makes it difficult to compare proposals or understand how much is available for reaching customers. Ask every provider to show these amounts separately.

For example, a $2,000 monthly management fee plus a hypothetical $3,000 monthly advertising budget equals $5,000 before any other separately agreed costs. This is an arithmetic illustration, not a recommended budget or a promise of leads. Your media budget needs to reflect customer economics, search demand, the offer and your ability to convert enquiries.

What changes a monthly marketing scope?

One service in one market is different from a portfolio of products promoted across several countries. Campaign types, creative production, landing pages, reporting requirements and tracking quality all influence the work. Explain which channels are already active, what assets exist and which customer actions the agency needs to measure.

A channel-management proposal should distinguish account work from creative production, website development and customer relationship management. Do not assume that a lower fee includes the same deliverables as a broader engagement. Likewise, do not add every published service estimate together and assume that a combined engagement has already been quoted.

How much should you spend to acquire a customer?

Start with contribution margin, repeat purchasing and the cost of serving a customer. Revenue alone does not reveal how much acquisition spending a business can sustain. For consulting or other considered purchases, track qualified opportunities and eventual sales alongside form submissions. A large number of cheap enquiries can still produce poor commercial results.

Use a planning calculation with explicit assumptions. If an illustrative campaign costs $5,000 in combined agency and media fees and produces ten qualified enquiries, the combined cost is $500 per qualified enquiry. Whether that is acceptable depends on how many become customers and the contribution those customers generate. The example describes a calculation, not a campaign forecast.

Choosing a retainer without buying unnecessary activity

A monthly engagement can support campaign learning, creative testing and ongoing improvements. It should still have clear responsibilities and review measures. Ask which decisions the reporting will support and who responds when evidence suggests the offer or landing page needs to change. Reporting volume is not a substitute for useful management action.

Marketing pricing questions

Does the management fee include ad spend?

Zendral’s published marketing fees exclude advertising spend. Confirm media budgets, creative requirements, technology and any separately scoped work before approving an engagement.

Will a higher agency fee guarantee more leads?

No. Commercial outcomes depend on demand, competition, the offer, execution and conversion after the click. Compare the proposed work and measurement plan rather than treating the fee as a guarantee.

Compare scope before choosing a partner

Ask for a proposal that identifies the business problem, evidence required, deliverables, responsibilities and exclusions. Confirm who approves decisions and who implements recommendations. Establish how additional work is agreed before it begins. A fee becomes useful when your team understands what it is buying and how the work will support a decision.

Review Zendral’s transparent pricing for the complete service list and selected client work for context. To discuss a specific assignment, share your priorities with Zendral. Include your target market, current challenge and the evidence already available so the conversation can focus on an appropriate scope.
